Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Identity Lifecycle Management and/or Privileged Access Management systems
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and SAML
- Experience with IAM products such as MicroFocus (OpenText).
- Any OEM Certifications on IDAM Product.
- CISSP, CISM,IDM, SOAR or any Other product is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Network fundamentals and protocols; familiarity with cloud computing is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Role Description
We are seeking an IDM Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. As an IDM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Identity Management systems, including directory services, authentication servers, and access management tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee the daily operations of Identity Management services, ensure adherence to compliance and security standards, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
